Terms of Service
JeanKAI Labs, LLC ("JeanKAI," "we," "us," or "our") operates as a specialized laboratory for systemic architecture and autonomous intelligence. By accessing our platform, interacting with our digital assets, or engaging with our ecosystem, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
01/Scope and Definitions
Our "Ecosystem" encompasses advanced software-as-a-service (SaaS) environments, autonomous agent frameworks, architectural consultancy, and all intellectual property under the JeanKAI portfolio. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and any third party who accesses the service.
02/Venture Architecture & Discretionary Consultancy
JeanKAI Labs operates primarily as an incubator for internal ventures (e.g., Territi, LEX, MYTHOS). While we remain open to strategic collaborations and high-level architectural assistance, all professional engagements are:
- Subject to unilateral approval by JeanKAI executive leadership.
- Dependent on existing internal resource allocation and strategic priority.
- Refused at our sole discretion without requirement for justification or liability.
03/Autonomous Intelligence Protocols
Our systems utilize autonomous agents designed for complex, non-linear decision-making. Documentation of intent is paramount.
Internal Ventures
Governed by specific End-User License Agreements (EULA) unique to each infrastructure. Data ownership and operational limits are defined per-product.
Third-Party MSAs
Contractual engagements for external development require a Master Service Agreement (MSA) detailing liability caps, failure-safe protocols, and ethical governance.
04/Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of JeanKAI Labs, LLC. Our trademarks, trade dress, and proprietary "Invisible Interface" concepts may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of JeanKAI Labs, LLC.
05/Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- [x] Reverse engineering of autonomous frameworks.
- [x] Automated scraping of architectural insights.
- [x] Unauthorized stress-testing of agent logic.
- [x] Simulation of ecosystem environments for malicious use.
06/Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. JEANKAI LABS, LLC MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THEIR SERVICES, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THIS SERVICE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
07/Limitation of Liability
In no event shall JeanKAI Labs, LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
08/General Provisions
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
